Financing Structure
The project will employ a blended financing approach with: multilateral development bank financing (AfDB, Islamic Development Bank, World Bank); bilateral development finance from Mediterranean partners (EU facilities); national budget allocations from participating countries; and potential for PPP arrangements for logistics zone operations and facility management.
