At the PIDA journalists’ workshop on November 24 in Addis Ababa, AUDA-NEPAD highlighted the media’s role in attracting investors to African infrastructure projects. The event, preceding the 8th PIDA Week (November 25–29), trained 25 journalists to promote PIDA’s progress and priorities, with a focus on energy, ICT, and transport projects requiring $165 billion in funding.
Key discussions emphasized collaboration, energy security, education investments, and digital platforms, aligning with the PIDA Priority Action Plan (2021–2030) to achieve Agenda 2063’s vision of “The Africa We Want.”
